Received 3 calls today Feb 3, 2010 from 813-319-2653 wanting to know if I knew a certain party. I said I did. He said he had defaulted on a loan and needed to get ahold of him immediately or that papers would be processed to the court. My son also received this same message in Jan. He said his name was Calvin and to please call him. He could not speak English very well or it was done to trick you into thinking he was foreign. Will turn him in to the State of Colorado Attorney General. I have no idea how he got my phone number. Needs to be stopped.
