Comcast s(_)cks. They call from this number, checking to see if I am at home. I don\'t answer. I call back and they confirm and say they will be there at 11:44. So I leave work (there is someone at the house, but I wanted to be sure that I was there so they didn\'t try to pull anything), and what do you know, no show. They call back from this number, lady was very nasty, to confirm and say they won\'t be here til later, then she hung up on me. RUde Rude Rude. Unreliable, unreliable, unreliable.

They are what comes out of bum, call and then don`t try again and cancel appointment. They think they are smart but they are illiterate and I am going to shove it up there bum and cancel all there services and start to promote piracy. IKS Dongle is the future.

They are playing the same game with me - this is insane - Comcast should be ashamed - they are cancelling my appt and saying I am not at home - to me this borders on being dishonest.

Its one of Comcast trash Cable numbers. they appear to hid behind that number when they are calling you to setup a visit or to verify that your home. so if your like me you don't answer numbers you don't know untill they start leaving a message on the answering machine however.
They will post on their notes that you weren't home. so they cancel your ticket.
I give them over $120. per month for service and they play these types of games.... I'm canceling their service.

It is a Comcast number I think, I got several calls from a comcast auto-message just before this. No msg. was left. Called it back and it just rang.
